The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), in collaboration with relevant ministries, today reviewed achievements and challenges in implementing the Social Land Concession Policy since 2003 at a full-day workshop on “Concept toward Preparing a Concession Policy for Social and Economic Development”.
Organized by MLMUPC, the workshop aimed to gather inputs from participating stakeholders to inform the development of a new policy framework, with stronger emphasis on building community economies through investments in roads, water supply, electricity, and social welfare services.
