LASED III is committed to transparency and social responsibility. We recognize that project activities—such as selection of target land recipients, land allocation or infrastructure development—may sometimes lead to concerns or disagreements. Our Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) is a formal, free, and accessible system designed to receive, evaluate, and resolve any project-related complaints from beneficiaries and stakeholders fairly and promptly.

Who Can File a Complaint?

  • Any individual or household affected by the project (SLC or ICLT).
  • Indigenous Communities or their representatives.
  • Any stakeholder who believes the project standards (environmental, social, or legal) are not being met.

How to Submit a Complaint?

Those who are adversely affected by the project or find any irregularity in the project implementation can file their complaints via phone, in person at the Commune/District office, or LASED III website complaint form.
