Invitations to Bid

To ensure the high-quality construction of community assets and the efficient supply of agricultural goods, LASED III follows the strict procurement guidelines of the Royal Government of Cambodia and the World Bank. This section hosts all active Invitations to Bid (ITB) and Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for the project’s infrastructure construction and goods supply.

We invite qualified individuals, private contractors and firms to submit bids for works including all-weather road construction, small-scale irrigation systems, and the provision of school and health facilities. All bidding processes are conducted with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and competitiveness.
