Which person, ministry, or institution has the authority to manage state assets?
The Ministry of Economy and Finance is the state asset management authority with the following responsibilities:
oManage, use, and manage state assets
oPrepare an inventory of state assets
oPromulgate and promote the implementation of legal documents related to state asset management
oReview and provide advice on the management, use, and management of state assets to the Prime Minister
oConduct audits and inspections on state asset management
oPrepare an annual report on the status of state asset management to the Prime Minister
oLead in resolving issues related to abuse of state assets
