Speaking at an inter-ministerial meeting to review the sub-decree on the conditions and procedures for state land registration, HE Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal requested all relevant ministries/institutions to cooperate with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to register state land nationwide according to special procedures, for which the ministry has been preparing a new sub-decree on the conditions and procedures for state land registration.

This special procedure allows ministries/institutions to determine the areas for state land assessment, so that the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction can register and the Ministry of Economy and Finance can be the administrator.

The sub-decree on the conditions and procedures for state land registration is a roadmap for the identification, mapping, classification and registration of state land in order to ensure the protection of ownership and other rights over state land.
