In the event that a co-ownership building becomes dilapidated, uninhabitable, or suffers from any disaster or is forced to be demolished by the competent authorities for the safety of the occupants, all co-owners may agree to repair or rebuild it by bearing the cost in proportion to the value of each lot or as previously agreed upon or as per internal regulations. Repair or rebuild shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal procedures on building permits and shall maintain the original structure of the building, unless otherwise agreed herein or as stipulated in the internal regulations of the co-ownership building.
