Social land concessions will be granted to families with living conditions such as:
Poor families, demobilized soldiers and families of disabled veterans
Families displaced by public infrastructure development
Families affected by natural disasters and families repatriated from their homeland.
The conditions for families receiving social land concessions are:
Within 3 months of receiving the land, the recipient must build a permanent shelter
Cultivation must be carried out within 12 months of receiving the land
Cannot be sold, rented or donated for the first 5 years.
