What are the rights and obligations of special co-owners on the common part?
oThe common part must be under the special indivisible ownership regime of the co-owners on all private parts. Therefore, special co-owners only have the right to use and benefit from the common part.
oSpecial co-owners must participate in the maintenance of the common part. The burden of this maintenance shall be shared in proportion to the value of each lot, unless otherwise agreed or separately stated in the internal regulations.
