In a meeting with the delegation of the Cambodian Southeast Asian Youth Ship Association, HE Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal expressed his happiness and appreciation for the Cambodian Southeast Asian Youth Ship Association for fulfilling its mission of gathering human capital to represent Cambodia on the international stage, which responds to the Royal Government’s five-pronged strategic policy on building human capital for the development of the country.
With this, HE also highlighted the historical truths that Cambodia has gone through in the past as lessons and experiences that young people should emulate or avoid in order to develop themselves and the national society to move towards future prosperity.
