(Phnom Penh): His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal, Minister of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) Phnom Penh, considered the training course on legal drafting techniques and the basics of litigation to be very important and responded to the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia to educate and disseminate information to citizens to have a deep understanding of the law and build human capital.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister spoke at the closing ceremony of the first training course on legal drafting techniques and the basics of litigation, Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4, at the Ministry of Land Management on the afternoon of December 19, 2023.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated and valued all the participants who participated in the training course and had a deep understanding of the law and other legal documents. In addition, the participation of all participants is an important input to find solutions to any problem based on principles and based on the law, requiring teamwork and consensus.

The C.S.Y.K. is a nursery for the new generation by carefully nurturing how to create quality human resources for the development of the national society. This fundamental principle is in response to the Pentagon Strategy, Phase 1 of the 7th term of the Royal Government of Cambodia, led by His Excellency President Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. High-quality and healthy human capital is a strong national asset for increasing economic value, promoting cultural values, and creating new ideas, aiming to ensure sustainable long-term growth and vitality of socio-economic development.

Before concluding, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister affirmed his commitment to the homeland in return for providing justice to those who sacrificed their lives for the cause of peace, which is a prerequisite for the next generation of young people to become human resources with the potential to participate in national development.
