(Preah Sihanouk Province): His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal, Minister of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Compensation, said that the cooperation between the old and new forces of the Royal Government’s local working group in Preah Sihanouk Province will be able to transform this province with high potential into an important economic pole for Cambodia. The local working group is a mechanism that complements each other, not only for sub-national administrations, but also for working groups from other ministries and institutions. Local working is an important factor to teach oneself to know oneself and to work with others at the individual and professional levels, which is something that cannot be overlooked and is a very necessary factor for moving forward together.

His Excellency spoke at the closing ceremony of the conference to summarize the annual work results of 2023 and raise the work direction for 2024 of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration on the afternoon of January 4, 2024.

At the same time, His Excellency mentioned the historical truth that Cambodia has experienced many stages and global political situations, such as the war crisis in Ukraine, stating that unity and solidarity will truly make the country and the world peaceful and prosperous, without division, and the people will live in harmony.

Taking this opportunity, His Excellency added that Cambodia has been walking on the right path, with the Cambodian people currently living under the shadow of peace, initiated by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and continuing the legacy of peace by Samdech Maha Bovorathdei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with a strategy to maintain peace, political stability and economic growth. The meaning of peace will be embedded in the minds of Cambodians forever. The next task to be carried out in the future is to work together to ensure that citizens have a better life, have decent housing, enough food, have jobs, and have income to support their families and children. All of these factors will encourage us to win forever, and peace will be with us forever.
