(Phnom Penh): The Royal Government of Cambodia aims to transform all towns into beautiful, orderly and environmentally friendly cities where people are proud to live as individuals and families, in line with contemporary Cambodia.

The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction spoke at the meeting of the Council of the Cambodian Architects, the preparation of the Cambodian Architects’ Strategic Plan 2023-2028 and the case study of the layout of the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre, Kampong Cham Province on the morning of March 18, 2024 at the Ministry’s headquarters.

His Excellency Say Samal urged the Cambodian Architects to prepare their strategic plans in a vibrant and comprehensive manner, and encouraged the Cambodian Architects and the Cambodian Engineers to think creatively and develop their skills better in order to be able to contribute to building quality human resources.

Regarding the layout project of the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre of Kampong Cham Province, His Excellency recommended a presentation to share knowledge and experience about architecture and planning of Kampong Cham City, with the participation of the Provincial Council, Provincial Government Committee and Strengthening Committee, to serve as a model for other provincial Departments of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre.
