The Royal Government has provided land ownership to citizens since 1989 through the Triangle, Rectangle and currently the Pentagon Strategy, in which the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has put forward a key priority policy: complete land registration to create a dispute-free environment and towards satisfactory service delivery. For this policy to be successful, it must stand on the spirit of internal solidarity, unity of work and participation of all relevant parties, including officials as implementers and support from the people.

In addition, we must join in promoting the preparation of master plans in the province and in provinces that do not yet have them for the preparation of cities, houses, agricultural land and public spaces in accordance with the potential for the development of our province.
