His Excellency Theng Chansangvar, Secretary of State and Chairman of the Legal Working Group, invited to lead a meeting to draft a declaration on the forms and procedures for certification or conformity and types of construction materials, construction equipment and construction products necessary to ensure construction quality and the safety of construction users.
