Her Excellency Secretary of State Seng Sometta, Head of the Budget and Finance Planning Working Group, led a meeting to disseminate the circular on the preparation of the Budget Strategy Plan (BSP) 2025-2027, focusing on updating and orienting the budget working group and disseminating it to the five program implementation working groups of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to participate in preparing the 2025 Citizen Budget Book.

Her Excellency encouraged the five program budget preparation working groups to work closely with the financial unit working group to prepare the budget package properly, with clear objectives in order to have a solid basis for negotiating the budget package for the 2025 implementation year and to promote the effective implementation of the budget in the year according to the approved plan.
