(Phnom Penh): The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction noted that Cambodia’s human resources are now stronger, more diverse and more skilled, which is the hope for the future of the country.
His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal spoke at a meeting with international law students of the National University of Management who are preparing to participate in the International Criminal Court Mock Trial Competition in The Hague, Netherlands, and students enrolled in a research internship on the state land registration mechanism in Cambodia on the morning of May 27, 2024.
On behalf of the Royal Government and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, His Excellency highly appreciates and values all students who have the courage to leave their home countries to seek more experience and knowledge abroad. These factors demonstrate the maturity and independence of the students. At the same time, His Excellency advised the students not to be arrogant but to take this opportunity to continue to work hard to further develop their capabilities to contribute to the development of the country in the future.
His Excellency welcomes all students to use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to contribute to the development of the country together, especially providing legal advice and other legal documents of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction after they return from the Netherlands.
