(Phnom Penh) The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction said that the private sector has contributed to fulfilling the vision of the Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia to transform Phnom Penh into a modern and prosperous city.
Speaking at the official inauguration ceremony of the Royal Group Platinum building located in Sangkat Boeung Kak 1, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh on the afternoon of July 5, 2024.
His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal congratulated the Royal Group Platinum building, a luxurious building in Phnom Penh and which was officially inaugurated today. His Excellency considered that this is not just a building, but a symbol of the struggle and efforts of the building’s founders, and the building is also a symbol of the traditional friendship between Cambodia and Singapore, including the two nations. His Excellency requested that Singapore continue to invest more in Cambodia and Cambodia, which is a stable market and a community of reliable investors.
His Excellency said that although Cambodia is a country that emerged from the ashes of war, there are not many countries that have built and developed themselves as they are today, which is a source of pride for all of us.
His Excellency observed that this condominium building is a type of modern housing that has made the lives of Cambodians more modern, luxurious, modern and safe. Currently, what people want is a place to live, have a job and an income, which is the sacred intention of the Royal Government led by His Excellency Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. What the Royal Government wants to see is the happiness of the people, meaning that people have decent housing, have enough food to eat, have a job, have an income and receive education for all, which is the long-term vision of His Excellency.
In addition, the private sector has contributed to fulfilling this vision, such as the construction of the Royal Group Platinum Building, which is the driving force behind the transformation of Phnom Penh into a modern and modern city. The Royal Government of Cambodia wants to see Phnom Penh by 2050 become a prosperous city, a city where people of all ages can live in harmony.
