The Phnom Preah-Phnom Veng Natural Heritage Area in Oddar Meanchey Province covers an area of 53.80 hectares and is registered as public land of the state.
It should be noted that the Phnom Preah-Phnom Veng Natural Heritage Area is registered according to the cadastral technique and land law by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and is owned by the Ministry of Environment according to the Environmental Code, with management from the Ministry of Economy and Finance according to the Law on the Management, Use and Disposition of State Property.
