The Preah Kuhar Luang Mountain Natural Heritage Area in Kampot Province covers an area of 24.97 hectares and is registered as state public land.
It should be noted that the Preah Kuhar Luang Mountain Natural Heritage Area is registered according to the cadastral technique and land law by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and is owned by the Ministry of Environment according to the Environmental Code, with management from the Ministry of Economy and Finance according to the Law on the Management, Use and Disposition of State Property.
