Sandan Fishing Community in Kratie Province, covering 777 hectares, is registered as public land of the state.
It should be noted that Sandan Fishing Community is registered according to cadastral technology and land law by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and is owned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries according to the Fisheries Law, with management from the Ministry of Economy and Finance according to the Law on Management, Use and Disposition of State Property.
