The Tumnop Pak Fishing Community in Kratie Province, covering an area of 110.86 hectares, is registered as public land of the state.
It should be noted that the Tumnop Pak Fishing Community is registered according to the cadastral technique and land law by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and is owned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries according to the Fisheries Law, with management from the Ministry of Economy and Finance according to the Law on the Management, Use and Disposition of State Property.
