(Phnom Penh): The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction stated that what the ministry has been and is currently implementing is a response to the important message of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, and the priority policies of Samdech Maha Bovorathdei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, through strengthening the capacity of officials and strengthening the capacity of institutions to bring great benefits to the nation and the people.
Speaking at the seminar on Earth Leadership, organized by the ministry on the morning of August 2, 2024. The seminar was attended by leaders and civil servants under the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Rural Development, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Tourism, and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia.
His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal mentioned the Funan Techo Canal project, considering it a symbol of determining the nation’s destiny independently, meaning that it must rely on itself without relying on anyone. This is a nationalistic message that Samdech Techo Hun Sen sends to Cambodian compatriots, which shows a new page of contemporary Cambodia by jointly organizing our country well so that we can survive in the long term.
On that occasion, His Excellency stated that everything we have before must be preserved together and united together to move forward together. Therefore, the Ministry has put forward the principle of continuing the sustainability of its institutions, upholding the flag of internal unity, and strengthening modern and intelligent public administration. What the Ministry has and is currently implementing is a response to the important message of Samdech Techo Hun Sen and the priority policies of Samdech Thip Dei Hun Manet by strengthening the capacity of officials and strengthening the capacity of institutions to bring great benefits to the nation and the people.
