(Phnom Penh): Speaking at a meeting with delegates of the Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) and candidates for the Women’s Legal Competency Forum at the Ministry’s Office on the morning of November 01, 2024. At the Ministry’s Office, HE Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal urged all young people to build their capabilities to become quality human resources to serve the nation and the people.
Representatives of the Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) said that the meeting was to receive good recommendations from HE the Deputy Prime Minister as a basis for participating in the SSEAYP program, which will be held from November 4 to December 14, 2024, traveling to three countries: Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
On that occasion, HE Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal shared his experience of his own educational history at each stage and his efforts to set specific goals to achieve academic success and to be a capital for young people to reflect on and use as an experience to guide their studies to success.
On behalf of His Excellency President Hun Manet, Prime Minister, and His Excellency Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia and the organizer of the Public Service Human Resources, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister inspired all young people to build their capacity to become quality human resources and to look forward together to see what we all need to do for the benefit of the nation and all Cambodian people, both this generation and the next.
His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Sam Al raised an idea for young people to consider: do not think about the results of their actions, but rather think about the benefits they receive in return, so that their lives can move forward smoothly and without complications. In particular, they must participate in maintaining peace and stability and not take any actions that will hinder the development of the nation.
