The General Department of Administration of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has responded to the three priority policies of His Majesty the Prime Minister on public service reform, including: strengthening the capacity of officials, strengthening institutional capacity, and improving the incentive system for officials, in which the Ministry has defined and carried out the following main tasks:

1. Strengthening the capacity of officials: Preparing a plan for the selection of officials, cultivating professional consciousness, continuing training, using officials according to their temperament and skills, and encouraging officials to study abroad through scholarships.

2. Strengthening institutional capacity:

– Preparing appropriate and consistent policies and legal standards

– Improving work efficiency and personnel management through functional analysis, adjusting the structure of the Ministry

– Modernizing institutions to become modern public administration.

3. Promotion of the incentive system for officials: Provide support for the welfare of civil servants in cooperation with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and incentive policies for officials such as childbirth, marriage, death, civil servants and officials retiring during the holiday season, civil servants who are sick, in need, and encounter other accidents, as well as promoting gender.
