Through the Digital Transformation Working Group, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has been modernizing its information technology system and digitizing the state's public affairs to strengthen work efficiency and public service delivery in response to the priority tasks in the Pentagon Strategy, Phase 1 and in line with the Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021-2035, including moving towards achieving the ministry's key policies of complete land registration, satisfactory services, and a dispute-free environment.

Currently, the ministry has launched three major online public services, namely:

1. Cadastral information check service via QR Code and land parcel code

2. Construction services

3. Services delegated to the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre of the capital and provinces, including: outright sale services, outright gift services, mortgages, and pledges.

At the same time, the digital transformation team is also preparing many digital platforms and programs: MLMUPC App, new land registration system, digital law library, internal administration workflow system, people's center platform, land and construction dispute management system, land registration progress reporting system, data exchange interaction system, land administration system, and irregular construction reporting system, etc.
