The General Department of Housing of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has focused on another priority area of ​​housing, namely social land concessions.

The implementation of social land concessions by the National Social Land Concession Committee in the past has resulted in the allocation of a total of 1,356,857.14 hectares of land to a total of 487,557 families and the construction of a total of 8,141 houses. Social land concessions are implemented in 18 provinces, which are divided into four categories:

1. Former armed forces and their families

2. Families of soldiers and police along the border

3. Poor civilians in general, Land Allocation for Social Affairs and Economic Development (LASED) project.
