The working group of the Royal Government and the local administrations of Preah Sihanouk, Kampot and Kep provinces of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, together with local authorities at all levels, has been implementing the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1 “People, Roads, Water, Electricity, Technology”, the 6 priority policies and the 5 key measures of the Royal Government with innovation and realism, and has been supporting the socio-economic development of the coastal area and sharing the fruits of development equitably with the local people.

The working group will continue to uphold the flag of solidarity and strong internal unity in promoting the construction of new achievements to ensure that the local people have a better living standard and promote the vision of transforming the coastal provinces into special economic zones, multi-purpose models, and multi-purpose and interconnected special economic corridors.
