The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has set its next priority as the beginning of a new era, focusing on land management, urban planning and Khmer architecture in contemporary Cambodia, such as safety and quality of construction, style and design, the construction industry, the decoration industry, the furniture industry, the real estate industry, the mortgage industry, as well as housing and social and economic concessions, etc.

This direction was set after the ministry achieved good results on the priority work set in the Ministry's work plan, which includes:

– Priority 1: Organizing housing in order by continuing to organize and sustain the work and operation of the institution as a whole, based on the principles of solidarity and internal unity.

– Battlefield 2: Reducing and eliminating social conflicts by creating a dispute-free environment through complete land registration, resolving land disputes and providing satisfactory services, resolving problems in the Tonle Sap region, Angkor resort areas, disputes in Borei and geographical areas, political and socio-economic stability.

– Battlefield 3: Building and strengthening a modern, intelligent and agile public administration by strengthening the capacity of officials, strengthening institutional capacity and the system for motivating officials
