As an additional basis for accelerating the pace of work more effectively and responding to the current situation of Cambodia, as well as the Cambodia 2050 vision of becoming a high-income country, His Excellency Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has made a number of recommendations in the framework of the land management, urban planning, construction and housing sectors, including that the Ministry must continue to complete land registration by 2025 according to the Ministry's plan, and continue to resolve land disputes and remaining issues of Borei to a minimum level in order to provide more confidence to investors to continue investing capital to strengthen the Cambodian economy, strengthen Cambodia's resilience, and expand new industries, increase added value, build Cambodia's competitiveness, and maintain social harmony.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has made a number of recommendations in the field of land management, urban planning, construction and housing, including that the Ministry must continue to complete land registration by 2025 according to the Ministry’s plan, and continue to resolve land disputes and remaining issues of Borei to a minimum.

The Prime Minister hopes that the distribution of land certificates will be completed in 2027, which is a strategic time to celebrate the 40th anniversary (1989-2029) of the granting of private ownership of land to citizens in Cambodia, which was initiated by Samdech Techo Hun Sen.

The Prime Minister requested His Excellency the Governors of all provincial and municipal governments to actively participate and effectively manage the issuance of land certificates to citizens quickly, with a high sense of responsibility.
