Samdech Maha Vajiralongkorn Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has made a number of additional recommendations within the framework of land management, urban planning and construction, including that the Ministry should:

– Continue to organize and manage the Tonle Sap Lake area to become a highly efficient economic center, serving to build a stronger economic base in the area, which will contribute to improving the living standards of the people in the area and across the country, starting with reviewing and adjusting land use conditions to match the actual situation and potential of the area.

– Continue to implement and seek appropriate solutions to address remaining problems in the Angkor area, and adopt appropriate solutions in a balanced environment between protecting and conserving the Angkor heritage site and to better improve the living standards of the people living in the 114 villages in the Angkor area, responding to the needs in line with the socio-economic context in the Angkor resort area, adhering to the vision of “honoring the cultural heritage of our ancestors, preserving the people’s peaceful lives” based on the reorganization of land use conditions in line with the principles of promoting, conserving and supporting tourism activities in the area.
