His Excellency Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, further recommended that the Ministry continue to implement public service reform work to achieve modern, intelligent and efficient public administration services, which the Ministry has been actively implementing by strengthening the reform and building of laws and legal standards, training officials' capacity, and providing opportunities for officials to perform their work effectively.

His Excellency requested that the Ministry continue to strengthen institutional capacity and the capacity of officials to be competent, responsible, and highly disciplined, which are the driving forces for supporting the implementation of public service tasks to citizens, especially in the new context of this digital era, in a better way.
