On housing, based on the motto “Every Cambodian should have a decent home as a foundation for happiness” so that our citizens can live with dignity.

Samdech Maha Vajiralongkorn Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, urged support for this motto by establishing a housing fund to guarantee low-interest loans for the development of affordable housing and for citizens in need of housing.

The Prime Minister believes that the establishment of the housing fund will transform this fund into a basis for implementing housing work by drawing on investment capital from various sources, including the national budget, private sector investment, and development partners. This fund can be used to provide citizens with access to decent housing, reduce socio-economic vulnerability, and improve the living standards of citizens.
