On the morning of May 16, 2025, His Excellency So Khonriththikun, Secretary of State and Chairman of the LASIT 3 Project Steering Committee of the Ministry of National Development and Reform, chaired the 7th World Bank Mission Kick-off Meeting. The meeting was organized at the Ministry of National Development and Reform with the participation of the LASIT 3 Project Working Group of the Ministry of National Development and Reform and the Ministry of National Development and Reform, the World Bank Working Group, and the CSLIC Project Working Group.
