After the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction is nearing the completion of land registration, today, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the national working group, the national and sub-national cadastral commissions, and the National Land Dispute Resolution Authority have agreed and decided:

1. Determine the final settlement of cases of claims for state land from citizens who have settled and resided on state land, in accordance with the guidelines of the Royal Government.

2. Decide to promote settlement through all mechanisms from all levels, all sectors, and relevant parties to close the remaining 15 disputes.

We expect Kratie province to complete land registration in the near future.
