In this regard, Madam Chea Serey advised those who have received land ownership certificates from the Royal Government to preserve them as an inheritance and not to sell or mortgage them at the bank immediately, and to use these ownership certificates responsibly. Madam Chea Serey stated that the relationship between real estate and banks is closely intertwined through the use of collateral to obtain loans, and the rise or fall of real estate prices also affects banks.
