His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal thanked the Japan Foundation for Prosperity and Resilience in Asia and the Pacific (JFPR) through the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for providing support in the “Project for Technical Support and Capacity Development in Land Management and Urban Planning”. The project provided technical support on two main tasks: building plans and capacities in the field of land management and urban planning. Starting from this project, it will serve as a beacon for preparing Cambodia to become Cambodia, my homeland, instilling in the people a love of land and nationalism by defining our national identity, and planning the land and economy of Cambodia.

It is time for the orientation of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to identify common points and agree to follow this path in carrying out urban planning work, which is a symbol of Cambodia’s growth and survival.
