The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction is one of the three ministries that has worked hard to prepare and develop this guideline book and is the first ministry to disseminate and implement it now.

The guideline book on public financial management is a basic document and a guiding document for all budget units under the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to implement in order to ensure the efficiency and transparency of budget preparation and financial management of the ministry.
