1. Land disputes in the social land concession site of 1,378 families on an area of ​​911 hectares located in Boeung Paem commune, Bavel district, Battambang province, including:

A. Former armed forces and families on an area of ​​159 hectares

B. Destitute people on an area of ​​752 hectares.

2. Land disputes between 288 families with the names Song Than (deceased), Ton Bunthoeun, Pen Ke, Yay Voeun and Lim Nivat (deceased) on an area of ​​612 hectares located in Boeung Paem commune, Bavel district, Battambang province.

3. Land disputes over the former land of the “Prek Preah Sdach” garden project located in Chamkar Russey village, 13 Makara village and O Khcheay village, Prek Preah Sdach sangkat, Battambang city, Battambang province.

4. The dispute between Chan Hoe, Lim Tealeng, Hen Hoeun and residents over 159 hectares of land occurred in 2007 in Preah Phos commune, Kas Kral district, Battambang province.

5. The land dispute over 278 hectares between the military family, represented by San Veasna, Sam Makara, and Meak Saru, and residents in Daun Ba commune, Kas Kral district.

We expect Battambang province to complete the land registration and settle the dispute soon.
