The delegation of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction invites you to pay tribute to the late Major General Duong Samnieng, Commander of Intervention Brigade No. 7, Intervention Force No. 3, Cambodian Army, who lost his life at 1:10 p.m. on July 26, 2025 at the age of 67 in a battle with the Thai armed forces for the cause of protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Cambodia.
