  • Concession policy for society and the economy: Transform from a social land concession project into a concession policy for society and the economy by promoting investment in infrastructure and providing necessary services to improve the standard of living of the people.

  • Construction work: Focuses on quality, safety, and beauty, where construction is not just focused on building construction, but is a sector to ensure the provision of jobs, income, and growth and overall economic performance of Cambodia.

  • Continue to educate and disseminate activities and work in the field of land management, urban planning and construction to encourage participation.

  • Basic work: The National Committee for the Management and Development of the Coastal Zone of Cambodia (NCCDC) should focus on the community, in collaboration with development partners.

  • Work with the private sector: We must turn to consider more the loan industry at competitive interest rates to transform society and the economy.
