Starting today, we will transform all towns into rural Borei, peaceful villages, and happy villages by agreeing to prepare a master plan for land use, determine commercial zones, agricultural zones, industrial zones, special economic zones, organize administrative borders across the country, address national security focal points, organize economic corridors and poles according to the potential of each region using what we have, organize public spaces, deal with unorganized construction and dilapidated old buildings, which are the core of the first phase of the Five-Point Strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia, and respond to the specific journey of Cambodian society and economy, improve people's lives and enable Cambodia to live independently and independently.

The meeting was attended by leaders from the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of the Royal Palace, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, leaders from ministries and institutions that are members of the National Land Management and Urban Planning Committee, provincial administrations, departments, and relevant local authorities at the Ministry's office.
