The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has successfully resolved the dispute between 54 families and Mr. Chiem Phan, located in Riththy 2 Village, Keo Phos Commune, Stung Hav District, Preah Sihanouk Province.
It is important to note that this dispute has been ongoing since 2008 and has been fully resolved today in accordance with the decision of the Royal Government through Letter No. 767-SJN dated July 3, 2018 of the Council of Ministers, which requires all parties and competent institutions to continue to follow the procedure.
