(Takeo): The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction considered the construction of the Takeo Provincial Military Police Headquarters as a continuation of the spirit of January 7, maintaining safety, peace and harmony for the nation and people, which is the sacred desire of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister and current President of the Senate, and Samdech Maha Vajiralongkorn Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal said that Cambodia is taking a step forward in an era of peace after going through wars and genocide that have lost everything, and is currently replenishing what was lost and making it even better. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister believes that Prince Norodom Sihanouk is the father of national independence, General Hun Sen is the father of peace, and President Hun Manet will be the father of contemporary Cambodia in preparing the country for greater progress. This gathering is a symbol of national unity, as we all wish to see the future of Cambodia become better and stronger day by day.
With this, His Excellency mentioned the six tasks that the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has implemented to create a dispute-free environment in the Kingdom of Cambodia, including promoting the completion of land registration for citizens across the country, successfully resolving many land dispute cases with only a few remaining pending resolution, providing various services to citizens and the private sector by launching an online service connecting 25 capitals and provinces across the country, while in Siem Reap, the land dispute between the people and the Apsara National Authority has been completely resolved. Regarding Tonle Sap Lake, it has taken a specific stance to preserve the life of Tonle Sap Lake because the Tonle Sap Lake and the Mekong River provide the country and people with approximately 2 billion VND per year. Regarding the Borei issue, it has resolved and reconciled many cases of disputes between customers and Borei owners with only a few remaining pending resolution in accordance with the mediation principle.
His Excellency affirmed that this is the right path for all of us and how to continue to invest in good governance for a sustainable city that responds to the needs of the people and responds to the needs of the city, district, commune, and village of Takeo province, so that citizens can live in harmony, be healthy, receive education for all, have decent housing, and have a better life.
His Excellency Say Samal inspired and instructed the authorities of Daun Keo to organize the city to be more beautiful, such as building public parks for citizens to ride bicycles or walk for leisure and exercise for health, building orderly housing, digital infrastructure, preparing houses for the city, sanitation, water, waste, transportation, and economic growth for the city, security, safety, and education for citizens to have good morals and behavior, respect each other, and help promote the elimination of violence, drug use, and gangs.
