(Phnom Penh): The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction thanked the management of BELTEI Group for their interest in what the ministry is implementing and requested to share knowledge and experience with all teachers, professors and students at this time.

Speaking during a lecture on “Knowledge and Progress in Land Registration - A Dispute-Free Environment” to the management, staff, professors and students of BELTEI International University on the morning of February 15, 2025.

HE Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal noted that everyone has made the right decision in their lives, namely the decision to come to school, the decision to choose a subject that is their passion, but not sure that this choice is 100% correct. That is the process of understanding and knowing oneself, and this is the process of building one’s life under a clear decision. In the face of this, the important factor is how BELTEI University must adapt to the current and future context of Cambodia.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister said that building a nation is like building a family. If the family is built properly and happily, and the children receive education and have decent jobs, then the nation will definitely be peaceful, and every step taken forward will definitely be correct and can continue the sustainability of the national society going forward. Starting from the right decisions, the journey of all teachers, professors, and students is the journey of the nation, and the journey of BELTEI Group is also the journey of the nation.

On that occasion, His Excellency also mentioned six points of work that the Ministry has implemented to end conflicts in the national society, create a conflict-free environment for citizens across the country, as a way to share ideas with the management, staff, teachers, professors, and students of BELTEI Group.
