(Phnom Penh): The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has stated that the deadlock can only be resolved through consensus. Therefore, those who have agreed to accept the title deed must receive the property owner identification certificate now, while those who have not yet received the property owner identification certificate must be willing to cooperate with each other, both the Borey, the Ministry and the Borey customers, to resolve the deadlock and achieve better results.
Speaking during a meeting and handing over the property owner identification certificate to Borey Leng Navattra 6A customers on the morning of February 17, 2025 at the Ministry's office.
His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal added that for Borey customers who have not yet built a house in Borey Leng Navattra 6A and want to live there, the Ministry will help coordinate with both the customers and the Borey to resolve this work to move forward. In particular, HE the Deputy Prime Minister added that the main issue that needs to be considered together is that this is a new village where all Borey customers must learn to live together, some of whom are civil servants, businessmen, or members of the armed forces. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare their representatives to facilitate the work of solving problems as well as to cooperate with Borey and village and commune authorities in maintaining the road system, sewage system, security, sanitation, garbage, electricity, public lighting, beauty maintenance, tree planting, etc., in order to build a new place where we live together that is more beautiful, environmentally clean, and easier to live in.
With this, HE Say Samal will help facilitate Borey customers in finding the right banking or microfinance services and can better coordinate the conditions for borrowing money.
His Excellency raised the sacred intention of the Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia regarding this housing issue, with Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Maha Prasad Hun Manet always urging His Excellency to make every effort to resolve and mediate, no matter what level, to ensure that all Cambodian citizens, every family has a decent home to live in, has a job to earn, has enough food to eat, lives in peace and happiness, and their children receive an education. Therefore, from now on, all Borey Leng Na Vattra 6A customers must join in and cooperate to ensure that the homes they have now become a source of happiness, live together with their families in peace, become a peaceful village, and help each other out, which are good values that should be adopted by the national society.
