(Phnom Penh): The leadership of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has considered the construction legal document as an important foundation for building a modern public administration.
Speaking at a meeting to discuss the construction legal document development plan held at the ministry's headquarters on the afternoon of March 5, 2025.
On that occasion, HE Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal asked the decentralization and decentralization working group to hold an internal meeting and consult on further strategic ideas and tactics to implement decentralization and decentralization, which is also an important thing we need to do, based on the development of modern public administration, including building the capacity of officials, strengthening institutional capacity, encouraging officials, and reforming decentralization and decentralization.
At the same time, HE Deputy Prime Minister also urged members of the meeting to think together about the construction and land management sector. HE stated that the success of the ministry in building the legal document requires the participation of sub-national or provincial administrations by teaching participants to know the law so that the implementation of the law can be successful.
His Excellency mentioned the fundamental principles in leading the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, namely to continue to sustain work and ensure the functioning of the institution, maintain the spirit and consciousness of officials, internal unity and unity, and build trust from the people. His Excellency believes that the implementation of the policies of the 7th term of the Royal Government can only be successful if sub-national administrations have the same level of knowledge, so that they can understand and work together to serve the people better.
After this meeting, His Excellency Say Samal will send the legal standards related to construction to the Housing Developers Association, Builders Association and other partners to provide additional comments so that these standards are more comprehensive, and will then forward them to the Cabinet for approval.
