The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the Ministry of Justice, the Cambodian Human Rights Committee, the National Authority for Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution, the National Cadastral Commission, the National Authority for Land Dispute Resolution, the Royal Government Working Group at the Battambang Provincial Level, and the Battambang Provincial Administration have agreed to coordinate and resolve disputes in Battambang Province through all mechanisms, all levels, all departments, and all relevant parties. In the case of citizens who do not have real land, they must submit an application to the Provincial Social Land Concession Committee.
